Meditate as often as you can so you can emit your own energy instead of feeding on other’s negative energy.  Meditate at least 5-10 minutes daily. Practice silencing that voice in your head. Things that run, can come to stop, even that voice. It all takes practice.  I also recommend yoga, it has it’s benefits.
